HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email from info@dripbytrae.com with your tracking number and a tracking link. You will be able to track your order within 24-48 hours of receiving the email.

 

WHY ISN’T MY TRACKING NUMBER UPDATING?

Sometimes this happens! In a few cases, the shipping carrier can take 1-3 business days to register / update your shipment status. If your tracking number isn't working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via info@dripbytrae.com with your order number. We'll take it from here.

 

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR FAULTY? 

We do our very best to ensure this never happens, if you do receive a damaged suit or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at info@dripbytrae.com and we will do our best to resolve this ASAP! 

*After 60 days from your order being placed, any damages to your suit are considered wear and tear, and not a manufacturing damage.

 

WHAT IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEMS?

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at info@dripbytrae.com and we’ll be sure to get you correct items!
