• Nylon Collection: The process begins by collecting nylon waste materials such as discarded fishing nets, fabric scraps, industrial plastic waste, and more.
• Preparation: The collected waste is thoroughly cleaned to remove impurities like metals and non-nylon materials.
• Depolymerization: In this step, the cleaned nylon waste is broken down into its raw material form through a process called depolymerization. This breaks the nylon back into its basic molecular structure.
• Polymerization: The depolymerized material is then polymerized to create new nylon polymer. This step essentially rebuilds the nylon molecules into a form suitable for textile production.
• Yarn Creation: The regenerated nylon polymer is spun into yarn, which can be used to create textiles and fabrics.
