CANCELLING OR CHANGING YOUR ORDER

We work quickly to process and ship your order, so once you have placed your order we are unable to make any changes. Please ensure the items in your order and address are correct before purchasing. If you are unsure please EMAIL, DM, or CHAT us before you order.

 

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1-5 days of purchase, but may be subject to 1-3 additional days during sale periods and large collection drops.  Express orders are priority processed and will ship after 2 business days of processing time.  

 

GIFT CARDS 

To apply your gift card to your order, simply put the code received through your email into the box that says “Gift Card or Discount Code”. Your gift card will be valid indefinitely. Gift cards can only be redeemed online and are not valid for in store, pop up or warehouse sale purchases.  Please Note: Orders are limited to one discount code or gift card per purchase.

 

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

As a small business, we deeply appreciate your support. At this time, we are unable to offer returns/exchanges due to our limited resources.
